RLJIT Placement Cell interacts with the reputed organizations all over the country for arranging campus interviews for the final year students. We make efforts to organize technical seminars, workshops and corporate expectation sessions. Industry personnel are invited periodically to enrich the knowledge of our student community with the latest technological innovations and industry practices. We produce graduates who are well equipped to handle the working norms of the industry and commerce in the public and private sectors and help every student to define his/her career interest through individual counseling through experts.

Mission
To achieve 100% placement for students through dedication, attitude and complete involvement is our mission. Training and Placement Cell arranges and coordinates various programs that aim at molding the students so as to meet the industry expectations in career building and in turn bring laurels to the parent institution. The Training and Placement Cell, guided by a set of rules and principles, strives to maintain good relationships with industries. Preparing the recruitment schedule for the year, inviting corporations for pre-placement talks on the campus followed by final placements, and overseeing the process to its end, is the responsibility of the Training and Placement Cell. The Cell endeavors to carry out successfully all the processes methodically throughout the year.

The Dept. of Training & Placement at R L Jalappa Institute of Technology is headed by Prof. Babureddy Nagasandra, M.B.A, M.COM (Ph.D) recognises the need for imparting proper, streamlined and industry oriented training and as such actively organises need-based short and long term programs on a regular basis. R.L.Jalappa Institute of Technology, Karnataka is one of the very few colleges where the concept of HRM has been implemented and proved successful.
We the Dept. of training and placements will groom the group of young, dynamic and energetic students to face the challenges in the industry and also globally, it is mandatory that the young minds of our country be nurtured and encouraged to be placed at the highest pinnacle of success.
