The Dept. of Training & Placement at R L Jalappa Institute of Technology is headed by Prof. Babureddy Nagasandra, M.B.A, M.COM (Ph.D) recognises the need for imparting proper, streamlined and industry oriented training and as such actively organises need-based short and long term programs on a regular basis. R.L.Jalappa Institute of Technology, Karnataka is one of the very few colleges where the concept of HRM has been implemented and proved successful.

We the Dept. of training and placements will groom the group of young, dynamic and energetic students to face the challenges in the industry and also globally, it is mandatory that the young minds of our country be nurtured and encouraged to be placed at the highest pinnacle of success.
