Grievance Redressal Mechanism
RLJIT for Students always puts its students’ comfort and confidence as top priority. To provide a platform or mechanism for students to express their tangible concerns that require guidance or Redressal, a committee has been formed centrally to handle the same.
Students may express their concerns via e-mail to the designated mail address.
A member of the Grievance Redressal committee shall get in touch with the students and make necessary arrangements for expedition of the grievance through proper channels of Authority at the institution.
Periodic communication with the students who have raised grievances in the past (up to one year) to track progress.
Student confidentiality shall be maintained throughout the Grievance Redressal Mechanism
