RLJIT for Women believes in empowering women through holistic education. Its systematic approach has laid the platform for nurturing many talents. Tireless and sustained efforts of the college in identifying pure talent especially in the realm of sports, has secured an invincible position amidst other colleges. The college has successfully produced 139 International Players. A significant number of our students have been recruited by the State and Central Government for their excellent performance.

- Silver Medalists in Asian Games in the year 2018 held at Indonesia from 14th August – 2nd September.
- Bronze Medalist in the Asian Junior Individual Event 2017 at Jordan.
- Runner- Up at a Squash tournament 2017 held in Australia.
- Bronze Medalist in the Asian Junior Individual Event 2017 at Jordan.
- South Asian Games 2016- Team Event- Gold
Ms. Harshini A
- Participated in Asian Youth Under-18 Girls Chess Championship 2019 held at Sri Lanka and won Silver medal.
- Represented India in World Youth Under-18 Girls Chess Championship 2019 held at Mumbai and World Junior Girls Chess Championship 2019 held at New Delhi.
Ms. Susmitha
- Achieved 2nd place in 5th Roll Ball World Cup 2019. Represented team India for 3rd time and was the Women team captain in this tournament.
